Who we are
Complete AI Web is a service of Nexibeo (“we”). Contact: contact@completeaitraining.com.
Plans and prices
- Free scan: free. We may limit the number of scans per day.
- AI Listing: $99 per year.
- AI Website: $99 per month, or $990 per year. AI Website includes everything in AI Listing.
Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance through Stripe. Taxes are added where the law requires it. What each plan includes is described on our pricing section.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, until you cancel. If we change a price, we email you before it applies to your next renewal.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- After that we keep your data for 30 days, so you can come back or export it. Then we delete it.
- You can export your fact sheet and your website content at any time, also during those 30 days. The GitHub repository of your AI Website is yours to keep.
- When your plan ends, we stop serving your listing files and stop hosting your AI Website.
Your content
Your facts, texts and images stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish them as far as needed to run your plan, for example to publish your fact sheet and host your website. You are responsible for making sure your facts are true and that you may use the texts and images you add.
AI-written content
Our AI writes drafts, answers interview questions and makes the changes you ask for. AI can make mistakes. Please check what it writes. On AI Website, every change goes to a test version first and only goes live when you push it.
Acceptable use
- Only scan, list and build websites for your own business, or a business you are allowed to act for.
- No illegal content, no false or misleading facts, no spam and nothing that harms others.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of our service.
- Fair use of AI edits: up to 150 AI edits per day per website.
If you break these rules, we may pause or close your account. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.
What we can and can't promise
We don't guarantee rankings in Google or other search engines, or mentions in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or any other AI assistant. Those companies decide what they show. Our visibility checks use the AI providers' APIs: their answers come close to, but are not the same as, what people see in the apps.
We work to keep the service and your website online and fast, but we can't promise it will never be down, for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
