No. Nobody can guarantee a ranking in Google or a mention in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini. What we can do is make sure these tools can reach your website, that your facts are clear and correct, and show you what they say about you over time.

No. You install our plugin and paste a connection key once. The plugin only fetches your public listing files. We can't log in to your website, read your content or change anything else. The same goes for Shopify, Cloudflare and every other setup: we never ask for your website login.

Search bots, such as OAI-SearchBot (ChatGPT), Claude-SearchBot and PerplexityBot, fetch your pages so an AI assistant can answer a question and link to you. Training bots, such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot, and the Google-Extended setting, are about collecting pages to train AI models.

Blocking training bots does not remove you from AI search. Blocking search bots does. Hosting and firewall settings sometimes block one or both groups without you knowing, so the scan checks them separately.

Yes. AI Listing works with the website you have, whether it runs on WordPress, Shopify, Cloudflare or something else. If you'd rather have us build and host your website, AI Website can move your current site over with the same URLs and redirects, so existing links keep working.

We ask AI models a set of buyer questions, the kind your customers would ask, through their APIs. These answers come close to what people see in the apps, but they are not exactly the same: answers change from day to day and differ per person and place. Read the results as a trend, not a promise.

We use AI models through OpenRouter to read your website, build your fact sheet, run the interview and write your report. For the visibility checks we ask the models behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini. To do this, the text of your public pages, your fact sheet and our questions are sent to these AI providers. We don't use your data to train AI models.

Yes. Our database and files are stored in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. Some services we use, such as the AI providers, our email service and Stripe for payments, may process data outside the EU. The privacy note lists all of them.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that we keep your data for 30 days, so you can come back or export it, and then we delete it. With AI Website, the GitHub repository with your full website and its history is yours to keep.

The free scan takes 1 to 3 minutes. Completing your fact sheet with the AI interview takes a few minutes more. With the WordPress plugin or a Cloudflare Worker, your files are live on your own domain as soon as you paste the key or add the route.
