What we store and why

For AI Websites we also keep a log of visits from AI crawlers and counts of visits that come from AI assistants. These are about bots and referring sites, not profiles of people.
Legal basis
- Consent for the free scan: you tick the box before we check a website and email you. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract for your account and plan: we need the data to provide the service you pay for.
- Legitimate interest for security and abuse protection.
- Legal obligation for invoices and tax records.
Where your data is stored
Our database and files are stored in the EU, in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction storage.
We use these services (processors) to run Complete AI Web:

Some of these services may process data outside the EU. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI models.
Cookies
We use no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on our website. When you sign in to your dashboard, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the dashboard to work.
Websites we scan
The scan reads public pages of the website you enter, the way a search engine does. Please only scan your own business website, or one you work for. If you own a website someone else scanned and want the results removed, email contact@completeaitraining.com.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, to stop or limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent. Most of this you can also do yourself in your dashboard. Email contact@completeaitraining.com and we reply within one month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this note in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and email account holders before the change takes effect.
